During the Operations Apprenticeship you will learn about managing teams and projects in line with a private, public or voluntary organisation’s operational or departmental strategy.
Level 5 managers are responsible for everything from creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management. Responsibilities also include talent management, coaching and mentoring. Roles may include those of Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager as well as other specialist managers.
This is a Level 5 Apprenticeship. The complexity of levels differs for management apprenticeships. Level 3 is equivalent to two A levels, level 4 is equivalent to a one-year degree, level 5 is equivalent to a two-year degree, and level 6 is equivalent to a master’s degree.
Online apprenticeships will be delivered with 121 video calls with the support of group online virtual classrooms. Regular updates and support from our accredited tutors, and round the clock access to the tutors for any questions you need answering.
The learner is also required to produce a portfolio of knowledge assignments, and skills-based evidence.

The Operations Departmental Manager Apprenticeship is delivered online using video calls, online classrooms, and regular virtual contact with your personal tutors.

The entry requirement for this course will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.
