As the course has been tailored to the modern business, the blended work-based programme is a mix of distance learning and self directed study coupled with intensive week long teaching blocks, residential long weekends and a series of online seminars. This approach means disruption to normal business operation is minimal, and any new skills or knowledge can be applied immediately in your professional role.
Throughout the programme, apprentices will have access to one-to-one coaching which will help maximise personal development.
There are a range of assessment methods used throughout the course, including essays, reports, presentations, case studies and reflective diaries. The final six months of the apprenticeship see the individual undertake a work-based project which will demonstrate their accumulated skills and understanding of management.
