Apprenticeships are offered through a combination of on-the-job training, online or classroom seminars, and self-study tools.
Off-the-job training needs will be satisfied through delivery modalities, and the learner will be fully supported throughout their programme. Apprenticeships may comprise the following components:
- Trainer face-to-face visits
- Observation and practical on-the-job learning

Empentis Training Solutions Apprenticeship Delivery
Empentis delivery is geared to the specific learning style of the apprentice as well as the programme and company needs. By combining delivery approaches, the apprentice receives the necessary assistance and resources to complete their apprenticeship. Below we outline some of the most important aspects of Empentis apprenticeship delivery.
Online Training
The online training sessions will be discussed during your commitment statement/ apprenticeship training plan. Empentis offer training remotely for connivence and on Microsoft teams or zoom.
Face-to-Face Training
Apprentices will be visited by our trainers in the workplace on the dates and times agreed on during the apprentice’s induction/ enrolment. These sessions will include practical learning, observations and activities catered to the specific programme. Learners will be given self-study activities during visits.
Cohort Delivery
For certain courses Empentis will offer our learners a group delivery training option, with group workshops, webinars, and interactive activities. Cohort workshop days for bigger firms are a good method to get off-the-job training.
Support Teams
Empentis has a fantastic support system for our apprentices. Our business always gives learners access to their trainer with them only being an email away. Also, if your trainer is not available a member of our team will always be available to reach.
