The online training sessions will be discussed during your commitment statement/ apprenticeship training plan. Empentis offer training remotely for connivence and on Microsoft teams or zoom.
Apprentices will be visited by our trainers in the workplace on the dates and times agreed on during the apprentice’s induction/ enrolment. These sessions will include practical learning, observations and activities catered to the specific programme. Learners will be given self-study activities during visits.
For certain courses Empentis will offer our learners a group delivery training option, with group workshops, webinars, and interactive activities. Cohort workshop days for bigger firms are a good method to get off-the-job training.
Empentis has a fantastic support system for our apprentices. Our business always gives learners access to their trainer with them only being an email away. Also, if your trainer is not available a member of our team will always be available to reach.
